Chung Do Kwan Winter Seminar incl. Shaolin Qi Gong Workshop
Chung Do Kwan Winter Seminar will be taking place on Saturday 20th November at Ferryhill Leisure Centre. We are to provide a full day seminar covering a wide range of areas including a two and a half hour workshop with a 34th Generation Shaolin fighting disciple, Shifu Yan Lei.
The cost of the seminar will be £40 each for adults and £10 each for juniors. (N.B. Under 18's cannot take part in the Qi Gong element of the Seminar).
