The open lesson held at Ferryhill Leisure Centre on a Tuesday night (7pm – 8.30pm) will now be split between technical & fight training. Students who attend will be able to train in either part of the lesson. As before the lesson is open to all grades.

Coothill Taekwondo in County Cavan in Ireland is the latest club to join the Chungdokwan family. Master Joe Doyle, who is coordinating Chungdokwan Ireland, is delighted to welcome John Gibson to Chungdokwan and bring our Irish clubs five. Speaking to our webmaster, Master Joe said, "This is wonderful news and John will be a great asset to our organisation and we look forward to introducing both John and the Eric Pepper from Willowbrook Taekwondo- who joined earlier this year, to the rest of Chungdokwan at the 1-2-1 competition in mid October in Ireland".

Willowbrook Taekwondo, under the guidance of Eric Pepper is the latest club to join the Chungdokwan family. Willowbrook Taekwondo is based in County Cavin in Ireland and is the third of our Irish clubs.

Master Keith Simpson is organising the first technical/poomse training session on Sunday 26th July from 10 - 12 noon at Chilton Community College, the cost will be £2 juniors and £3 adults. This first session will be focusing on competition poomse and we hope that you will give your full support. Regular sessions will hopefully be arranged depending on feedback and attendance.
