Chung Do Kwan Winter Seminar incl. Shaolin Qi Gong Workshop

Chung Do Kwan Winter Seminar will be taking place in November. We are looking to provide a full day seminar covering a wide range of areas including a two and a half hour workshop with a 34th Generation Shaolin fighting disciple, Shifu Yan Lei.

The cost of the seminar will be in the region of £40 each for adults, depending on numbers. The more people, the lower the price will be (N.B. Under 18's cannot take part in the Qi Gong element of the Seminar and costs will reflect this).

If this is of interest, please add your name to the list, which your instructor will be receiving.

A "savings scheme" will be put in place for those wishing to spread the cost over a period of time. N.B. Payment must be made in full before the seminar.

The results from today's kup grade can be viewed here.

The open lesson held at Ferryhill Leisure Centre on a Tuesday night (7pm – 8.30pm) will now be split between technical & fight training. Students who attend will be able to train in either part of the lesson. As before the lesson is open to all grades.
